Welcome to Sansas! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and applications. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Sansas is a freelance business with a small team and is not linked to any private limited company.

For all services, a minimum of 30% advance payment is required to begin the work. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreement with the client.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you decide to cancel the project after payment, a refund will only be provided within 3 days of the payment being made. After 3 days, no refund will be issued. Any additional payments made by the client are non-refundable. However, we may offer partial refunds depending on the project stage at the time of cancellation.

4. Service Availability

Sansas offers free services during the initial consultation and provides free support for up to 30 days after the completion of the project. For ongoing support or additional services, separate charges may apply.

5. Taxes

All services are subject to applicable taxes, including GST, and will be added to the final invoice.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions as needed. Clients will be notified about any major changes.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy follows the guidelines set forth in the cancellation terms outlined in the Terms and Conditions section. Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days, after review and approval of the request.

Once the work is completed and delivered, the remaining balance is non-refundable unless there is an issue with the completed product that does not meet the agreed specifications.
